Basically, you will need one or two cans of stewed tomatoes, one can of beef broth (of course, no fat), one package of chicken noodle Lipton soup mix, celery, green bans, carrots and green peppers. What you need to do is to cut all these vegetables in small to medium pieces and combine them with the beef broth and Lipton mixture. Then you must boil the mixture for 10 minutes. Continue to cook it until all vegetable pieces are tender — that will take one hour or so.
